BlueWave
The BlueWave Difference

Solar development is our backbone. We know what it takes to build innovative projects that power communities and invigorate local economies, all while protecting the environment and generating revenue.

Development Success

An industry-leading track record

We developed the first community solar farms in Massachusetts, transforming the way solar projects are built and financed, and creating new opportunities for communities to access the benefits of solar power. BlueWave has the people, experience, and relationships that make us a trusted partner and leading solar developer in New England and beyond.

    Culture of Innovation

We're always exploring ways to incorporate new technologies and approaches, from on-site energy storage to agriculture-friendly development practices.

Our Impact

135 MW and counting

Since 2012, we've developed a diverse solar portfolio ranging from small farms to utility-scale arrays. With 135 MW developed to date, our projects in operation have reduced carbon emissions by approximately 127,000 metric tons of CO2. That’s equal to over 27,000 cars off the road or 2.1M tree seedlings grown for 10 years!

  • *Environmental benefits are estimates based on the average annual output of the project during the first year and calculated using the EPA Greenhouse Gas Equivalencies Calculator (2018). Neither BlueWave nor customers will receive renewable energy or environmental attributes from BlueWave’s solar development projects or community solar subscriptions.
