Here’s How it Works

1. We’ll perform a no-cost, no-commitment assessment of your property to determine viability for a community solar farm.

2. If you decide to work with us, we’ll cover all costs for permitting, construction, and maintenance of the solar farm.

3. You’ll receive stable income for the 20-year lease term, with up to three five-year extensions.

4. We’ll offer Community Solar Shares to your neighbors—so they can benefit from local solar savings.
